Jason Stanford

Jason grew up in the fencing business and has worked full time in the industry for 35+ years. 15 years of that was in the wholesale management and wholesale distribution. He’s had at least 20+ years of commercial fencing experience.

Jason understands in this business he not only has to have experience, but in order to provide world class service he has to be proactive and thorough.

He founded Perimeter Innovations in 2009 with the goal of building a customer-focused business, not just another fence company. His company culture is very simple: “Treat every customer like it’s our ONLY customer. Your time, money, and project are important to us too.”

John Lopez

John started out in the wholesale side of the fence industry in 1994. In 2005, he moved into commercial fence sales. He relies on his management and sales experience to help him provide the best customer service possible. John believes in helping the customer succeed.“If I’m doing my job right, my customers will come out looking like heroes.”

John is known for his responsiveness, follow-though and attention to the customers needs. He goes the extra mile to get the job done, the GC’s overall objectives, goals and expectations are his focus.

Matt Tucker

Matt has been crunching numbers in some shape or form since 2006 – whether it was auditing an insurance policy or calculating the cam specs on his old C10 pickup. His attention to detail is what guarantees you are getting an accurate proposal for your fence project.

Matt apprenticed under Jason and Steve Stanford and their combined 80+ years of fence industry experience and now provides our custom-tailored estimates. Since taking over our estimating and sales, he continues to build upon that experience and adds new technical and innovative processes that ensure your project will meet and exceed expectations.

Whether it was retail, commercial, or insurance sales, Matt’s relationships with his customers have always been built on trust, knowledge, and education.

Ty Chilson

Ty comes to Perimeter Innovations with over 30 years of fencing experience. After graduating from Northern Arizona University in 1991 with a degree in business management, he returned to his hometown of Payson, Arizona. Soon after, he purchased Payson Fence Company. He ran every aspect of the business from estimating to installation. At the beginning of 2022, he decided to sell Payson Fence Company and begin a new chapter. He is excited to join the Perimeter Innovations team.

Mike Johnson

Mike is a multi-industry veteran with over 20 years’ project management experience for construction businesses. He primarily communicates with project managers and superintendents to assist them in their production schedules. With the on time and on budget goal, Mike goes the extra mile to ensure customers are 100% satisfied.

Julian Esparza

Julian started installing fences in 1994. In the early 2000s, as a job site superintendent, he worked together with Jason (as the project manager) installing federal, state, and private prison fences from Walla Walla Washington, to Wartburg, Tennessee. Julian has installed crash/force protection fences and equipment in military bases around the country. He has built multiple data center projects and has extensive knowledge of crash-rated fences, gates, and bollards. His almost 30 years of experience and desire to exceed customers’ expectations, make him the best in the business.
